The aim is for the Heel to systematically destroy the Jobber by targetting specific body parts until they are weakened to the point of uselessness. The Heel works one part at a time and continues on it until they are satisfied it is completely "destroyed", before moving on to the next body part.
ARMS Start by trapping in hammerlock, cinch up and get immediate submission. Punish with hold several minutes, pulsing up to submission several times, until you get second type of submission from cumulative effect of the hold & arms would just dangle at side, if allowed to stand (which of course would not happen). When both arms shot, apply double arm bars, practically forcing shoulder blades to touch. Spread twitching arms out & pepper the lats, delts, tris & traps with punches, claws. Roll over onto back and drop some fists &/or knees into the biceps. Pin with arms stretched out to side, kneeling on arms.
CHEST Work on chest with forearm smashes and pec claws, knee and elbow drops to pecs. Lie face to face on mat & pull arm up behind back in hammerlock, lay punches into propped up pec. Repeat for other side. Straddle schoolboy style and alternate pec punches side to side until victim gets light-headed and their eyes start to roll.
ABS While in pinning position, apply ab claw (may have to soften up abs with jabs first). Move up to kneeling position at side & use free hand to add pressure to claw until submission. Apply ab stretches to submission on both sides. Drop to mat and pepper with a few more elbows & punches to abs. Return to ab claw at full strength. Get submission & punish until arms drift out to sides and get another submission.
LEGS Throw punches, elbows and knee-drops to both thighs until quivering. Follow with figure-4 to submission and punishment, then same for indian deathlock and reverse figure-four. Punish for multiple submissions and beyond, until legs in same state as arms (loose, no strength). Pin with grapevine.
BACK Camel Clutch to submission then long punishment (taking care not to hyperextend the back). Pepper lower back muscles with jabs. Boston Crab to submission then long punishment, pulsing up to multiple submissions. Over-the-shoulder backbreaker, until back goes from straight to inverted "C" to inverted "V" & intense punishment. Move (do not drop!) down to knee & adjust victim's shoulders to just touch mat at submission level for safety & additional punishment. Great time to reprise ab claw or add some elbows to pecs, thighs. Dump on mat. Drop a few knees/elbows onto back for good measure. Torture Rack for final submission and then punishment. Drop to mat. Stand on back. Pose.
FINISH Check to make sure all parts are still weakened. Reprise any holds/areas that need it. Begin final assault with full body splashes as long as safe and attacker enjoying. Final lights out with sleeper.
