Have not Armwrestled in awhile but did beat a guy on this site in nyc at his place who was hands on favorite to win. I am interested in arm wrestling again. Lean and tall but curl 40s easily. Highly competitive… bring it
Yesterday I dominated a young guy at arm wrestling. We arm wrestled on a picnic table so there was little opportunity for weight leverage.
Pretty much just arm strength. He was 34, 6-0, 220 pounds. I quickly got him about half way down and then just outlasted him.
Twice.
He was a strong, sturdy fellow too, who had a physical job handling auto parts.
Solid biceps but smaller than mine, and not peaked. Big forearms too, about the same size as mine.
I once spent a week on vacation at a friend's house. He thought he was stronger than me and kept showing me his giant biceps, saying I couldn't handle it. I challenged him to an arm wrestling challenge but he always made excuses that he was tired or that he had trained biceps... Until one night I was in the kitchen drinking water and he went to the kitchen to drink water too. So I told him "If you're a man, you don't run away". He put his cell phone on record (as he would use the video to humiliate me later), I put my elbow on the table and we started arm wrestling. At the end of several rounds, I easily beat him and to this day (it's been more than 6 years) he respects me and knows that I'm stronger than him. The fight video is on my profile.

Since that day I saw that I was much stronger than I thought and the feeling of dominating a guy was very good and until today dominating I feel invincible.
