In principle there is not much challenge lifting up a guy in a bearhug - initially it wasn't for me. But after I had a double knee replacement in 2019/2021 it depends of the weight of the guy.
I have always wanted to meet an opponent strong enough to lift me up in a bearhug and not stop till I'm legitimately tapping or saying "I submit!". Now my opponents have all been strong and a few of them had intense bearhugs. I want more 😏💪🤼
