I do not brag at all. In truth this was years ago when I first start gutpunching. I once met an older gentleman who, no matter what he tried, could not hurt me. I did feel kind of guilty after a long while and eventually just loosened up for him. But yeah, he wasn't in the best of shape and I was in my prime, so I think technically that qualifies, no?
Mine can be pretty resilient. Partly depends on the types of hit and the frequency.
If they’re slow(er) and heavy (like someone dropping down / stomping onto you repeatedly) they’ll break through my resistance faster than say hard punches. Even if the punches are delivered reasonably rapidly, I can tend to resist for quite a while.
Has anyone every pounded abs that simply could not be broken? Like did it hurt punching them? Was the guy just not bothered what so ever? Just curious.

Yeah, i can confirm pshawfocus' abs are quite strong. I gave up after a couple of hours punching him. He took all my punches until i got tired 😉

Yes. The guy was about 70lbs more than me, and built like a brick building. It was like trying to chop a tree down with my bare hands.
