Up to wrestle me, not really at the time, I honestly don't know how to ask her for that... But I think it would be fun since she seems really strong :-)

If she does all that stuff she is going to be pretty strong, and the dancing makes for flexibility too... I think she’d be fine with all those, and fig4 is almost guaranteed submissions (;I’ve used lots of times). Is she up to wrestle you?

Hi everyone :-) I have a question about mixed wrestling, I know a girl, she is 24 years old, I think she is about 180 cm (5.9 ft) and 75 to 80 kg (165 to 176 lbs), she does dancing, volleyball, swimming and a bit of basketball. She is a bit chubby and has pear shaped body, she looks strong, especially her lower body and thighs. I think her headscissors must be very tight and powerful, what do you think about that? What sort of headscissor should be the best with her body size (regular, figure four, reverse, ...) Thanks in advances for your responses :-)

Depends on the intensity she plays/dances. IF she dabbles, vs if she's competitive. I played VB back in school and up until CV19 closed such things, and the short sprints and standing jumps do make for some serious leg strength.
And I dated a competitive salsa dancer.. To this date the most painful head scissor I've felt, and she really didn't know how to do it totally.
The being a bit chubby will soften the force to a certain extent, but will possibly be strong enough to keep you trapped.

Above all should be a fun wrestle and play, don't over anlayze it, have fun. :)

Reverse head scissors should be the best for her, it might not be easy for her to carry out f4!
