Years ago I was lighter and men could scoop me up like I was nothing, these days I'm a bit heavier at 75kg, so there isn't the same level of ease!

I’m almost down to 75kg and easy to lift by women 10kg lighter than me, so most men would easily lift me i should think

Just an old fashioned rear bearhug with a big squeeze and lift works fine for me.
