I've also seen more of the tournament style in the form of a 2 vs 2 match. Usually, it requires one team to get milked 3 times. Doesn't matter which one on the team gets it, as long as there are 3 milkings of one team. It could be 2 from 1 and 1 from the other. It could be just the same poor jobber of the one team gets it 3 times and his teammate doesn't get milked at all. As long as its three. Its usually a good strategy for the team to get the opponent who's going to get milked down, and then double pin him while also wrestling his partner in on the pin with them so not only can he not help his partner, and they've got good control over him so he can't help his partner being milked escape it, but they're also using his body and weight to help the three of them hold his partner in place for it. It can be scaled I guess to 3 on 3. 4 on 4. But then the number of required milkings should increase to ensure that some jobber on the losing side has to endure at least more than 1 milking.
I've seen a couple of things like this. Does anybody remember Goodhandy's in Toronto where they'd have wrestling nights before they got closed down? They had a big drag queen there as the announcer. It was more of a free for all of the boys wrestling, but a lot of times one guy would get double or triple team pinned down and somebody would milk him. The live audience there watching up close and cheering them on was great.
Not sure how something like this can be done, and I know it’s difficult to organize a tournament.
But out of curiosity....
Has anyone tried a Milking match in a Tournament style?
Also, what type of rules would\should this type of match?
I was thinking the winner wins of 2/3 rounds and advance to wrestle each other.
The losers would have to wrestle for each other without time to recovery.

Yea. A milking match, in my opinion, requires a loser to go through at least more than one. Or its not as interesting and not punishing enough.

It's a great idea. Like it very much.
Can be conducted in groups of 4. 2 winners from each group proceeds to next round. Likewise. This can be done when there are many players.
For 4 or less players, let them fight every one else. Each win gives 1 point. One with most points wins.
