Yes. It is absolutely considered a submission and automatic defeat. However, though the round is done, it doesn't mean the match is over. The winner should be able to decide to put the loser through more rounds after that or not. He either wins the next round or gets milked again. Its a milking match. A cow doesn't get to decide when or how many times it gets milked. The loser in this kind of match doesn't either. He's been defeated and dominated.
Damn, that one dominant perspective. Milking someone over and over has a few layers of winning - the humiliation, the endurance, the pleasure forced upon you. I don't see another way to end a match rather than to drain your opponent's balls.
Your comment " the humiliation, the pleasure forced upon yiu" brought some images to min– legs spread, hips arching to the rhythm of the conquorer , moaning to that same rhythm , trying to resist but knowing it to be useless and finally surrendering to the pulsating eruption. Aaahhhhh
So what if you were milking somebody and you accidentally shot their load in your face?' Technically wouldn't that be an automatic win for the other guy since you basically flogged yourself ?

So, is Hawaiian milk sweeter than regular milk, I want to know?
Having visited the islands several times, I know that I may just have a milking buddy for my next visit from the U.K.

11/6/2019 18:06Milking is forced submission. Once you shoot, it's over, or up to the winner to take next agreed upon steps.

Hi
Should you ever get over to London, I’ll show you a British twist on this excellent sport.
You’ll be treated to naked combat, with a milking session and a 69 test of endurance.
I’ll gladly take on your New York beef anytime, in friendly, fun, but serious combat.
Oh and in order to keep things tidy, I’ll feed you your own cum 😈😊

I meant if it was any type of match, regardless if it was a milking match or not. Like in boxing, a KO pretty much ends the round and match.
