Two sets Legs together draw the letters if the alphabet. This works entire midsection hip flexors and obliques. Rest 2 min. Then 30 hip lifts or bridges. Works lower back, glutes. Hip flexors. Rest 2 min, crunches to failure. Rest 2 min. Russian twists. Weighted. To failure. Works obliques and intercostals. Rest 2 min push ups to failure. You are done. This is a beginner workout.
