One of my things to do has been to help people, . Men and women get going in the Right Direction because thats what most people need. Then i like to back out of the way and let them do it themselves. I have a few guys on here who are more intense and are more self motivated and who seem to lime what i offer. Some do not. Im fine with that Im glad you are doing good on your owne because you were not when u were with me
After two weeks of travel without sport and not eating a balanced diet, it's time to get back to business. If someone who knows about sport and nutrition is ready to help and accompany me, even remotely by Skype or other, do not hesitate to send me a private message (someone who speaks French or English)
The only reason you say that is because you were not serious about trying to make your body better. You were all pompus pontificatin Bravo Sierra Lazy and didnt want to do what I suggested. 95 guys on here have benidited from my knowlege. Your loss
was I really lazy If I managed to make good progress without you ? I made progress by myself without anyone help and learning on my own. If I wasn't serious I wouldn't have improved WITHOUT you while taking care of a sick family member, raising a child , going to school , and dealing with the death of a friend. You made me realize I can improve on my own and I can make changes myself without the need for anyone to help me I stood on my own two feet. Your still welcome to give me knowledge and suggestions but that's it
