Thanks for sharing your thoughts guys. This was my favourite wrestling style and men were men. Love the rounds and breaking the rules. I wonder if any of these guys sorted it out in private matches. Even a back yard nude match.

Steve Speed was a hot looking man. Loved the muscle on him and would certainly have enjoyed wrestling him. Also enjoyed the way Johnny England posed in flexed in the ring taunting the crowd and his opponent. And he had great muscle as well. I would have really enjoyed wrestling him
Johnny 'muscles' England was great to watch in action. Hehehe Ripper Rodgers vs Johnny England would be great match up. Or maybe against your tag partner - England vs England winks
Greg Valentine was my fav - always gave me the horn watching him - the way his bum moved in those ultra tight trunks was delightful. Love to know who decided what trunks he should wear - always bright shiny and well fitted. Loved to have locked up with him in a bum boston or seated roll up...

I admit to fantasising about a number of ordinary men and celebrities in wrestling attire in the WoS era. I think Jose Mourinho would have made an excellent heel, in the mould of Jimmy Breaks. I also think Sasha Roiz (star of 'Grimm') would make a terrific heavyweight. Vladimir Putin has the look of a middleweight heel; given his judo background, he would have excelled in the wrestling ring. Clint Walker, in his younger days, had a fine physique, and he would have been a giant (literally) on the heavyweight circuit.
