Unpopular opinion: as agreed by many sparring mates, fighting meetups are high excitement, low priority activities. We have family, work and social responsibilities, so there’s never any need to be offended or worked up over unmet fighters because we are busy, lose interest or even just not compatible over styles or sizes. This community is a subculture of a larger subculture, and it could be frustrating to meet up in person only every few months or even years. Safe sparring, everyone!
