20 down!

Been on a weight loss journey since February 14th! Reached ten pounds down at the time of my last blog entry, but now I am at 209!!

I started out at 229 and I can notice a difference in how I feel. Able to move faster and generally just feel a whole lot better about myself! 💪

Terrific. Losing is much harder than just staying at weight.. so you have good times to look forward to :-)

Congrats! on a fat2fit journey myself start 265lbs current 218lbs goal 200lbs. You're right the difference is amazing. Keep up the good work.
