Hi jimmyterrific
You can find here in the group the tip no. 1 at the 11/1/19. Tip no. 2 here in the messages - thread . Tip no. 3 at the 16/4. Tip no. 4 with video at the 21.1.19 and tip no. 5 at the 6/4/19. Enjoy
A repeated question is "what to do if my opponent is stronger than me?" It is a correct question that many amateur wrestlers do not practice in the gym.
The answers are: 1. Do not rush to submission and win the fight. You can activate and harass your opponent with few holds to exhaust him. In this situation his power will not help him.
2. After attrition it is possible to subdue it by locking on the joints or by choking.
3. Do not forget respect the opponent and rules of caution in battle
In order to win the fight, you must know the skeletal joints: what movement's kind they are creating and at what angle they operate. From here it's short way to neutralize the opponent on the mat. Have you any questions about tip number 1 and number 2 ? Ask me !
Don't forget rule number 1 : Safe and Sane
