But if an update. For the past 3-months I've had a blood clot in my leg which has caused a few trips to A&E. It's clearing up but I haven't been able to do any activity and lost every ounce of fitness. Back to the beginning.
What to say about myself.
I did 10 years Muay Thai and MMA - but due to a motorcycle accident I had to give it up (then I got a job where I travelled 4-5 nights a week) - that was about 10 years ago now. (WOW)
I thought it was time to get back training - so started boxing - my fitness is terrible as are my skills.
Looking for sparring partners - someone to work on my general fitness with - I am really bad at that part - any suggestions would be great.
want to get to the point where I can do a few competitions.
