Rick is a worthy opponent - worth the work out, worth the challenge, and worth meeting again on the mats. Nice guy as well. Wrestled about ten years ago in FL, and would welcome a rematch anytime.

Wow! Just had a match with Rick and he is tremendous. We were sweating within minutes and his holds are punishing without being brutal. Glad we locked up, big guy, and I look forward to many more.

Israeli 28 and I have been meeting for over a year now. He's a great partner with allot of endurance and stamina. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who's looking for long fights with hard long holds !
