I’ve been very fortunate to have had several ”uplifting” meetups over the years. I find that each lifter has a unique approach to the activity – whether it’s introducing a new lift I’ve never experienced before or pulling off some fancy transitions between different lifts.
One standout was with a very fit lifter who alternated between giving me piggyback and shoulder rides along a wooded trail. He also cradled me so easily that he even threw and caught me several times!
